Junior Basic Training (JBT)

JBT is also called as D.Ed or D.El.Ed. Junior Basic Training is a full-time Diploma level Educational course. The duration of this course is 2 years. Eligibility to the course is 10+2 or an equivalent examination. Candidates who are interests in teaching field are suitable for this course. This course helps students to learn and to develop classroom lesson plans, plan to teach, and assess tests and also provide both one-on-one and group instructions. The average salary for these professionals ranges between INR 2 to INR 4 lakhs as per their experience and expertise in this field.

After JBT you can go in teaching sector in Private as well as govt schools. You can get into state govt schools through SSC or KV central schools,Army schools,Navodaya schools etc.
