Refund/Cancellations Policy

EdukaPs.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of doing Registration. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the Cancellation has been communicated to the student while taking the Admission or Registration.

Our team will follow up with you "the customer" for 24 hours for pending documents, post which there will be no claim of Refund and services will start from the day the documents are received.

Refunds can be considered if the student confirmed that the Admission is not provided by the institute in the University Online & Offline Counseling.

In case of receipt of unsatisfied Career Services please report the same to our email id EdukaPservices@gmail.com. The request will, however, be entertained once the student has checked and determined the same at his own end.

In case you feel that the services provided during the course is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice to the seniors in office via email directly on EdukaPservices@gmail.com.

The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of making the registration and Non Refundable of charges are not informed by the Counselor during Registration. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if Counselor has properly informed of Non Refundable of service charges during Registration in institute.

Service Policy:

Once candidate make the payment then within 7 days student needs to complete their Registration charges so that services can be deliver on time. Only on working days we shall be providing the service to the candidate.
